The leaseholders of this amazing site, fronting Bass Strait and the Yallock-Bulluk Marine and Coastal Park, wanted to redevelop to capture a new growth market. This Masterplan aligned their business needs with the aspirations of their visitors, with land managers to create a unique and differentiated experience that would bring long term benefits to all. Beechworth Historic Precinct 2021

The historic precinct is a much valued part of town and masterplanning for its future drew out many opinions of what should be retained and what developed. We delved into the shared values to provide an experience framework that all could support. Collaborators: Urban Enterprise, Heritage Concepts.

Lancefield Megafauna Interpretive Centre. 2020

- Macedon Ranges Shire Council

Council recognised that there was a unique asset, a megafauna fossil site, barely recognised. This Study showed how this place could be brought to life, become a source of education and research, to draw in visitors to a new destination, and importantly, to the town. Kunanyi/Mt Wellington Visitor Centre. 2017 - 20
