Six of Victoria’s most significant museums representing major ethnic communities wished to establish a network so that they could collectively drive social and economic advantage for the State. The Investment Case was necessary for the network to apply to government for funding support.
The policy context for the network from an international, national and state perspective was documented, along with support material from related cultural organisations.
We engaged intensively with the individual museums to determine the need, define all aspects of the network and document its purpose, goals, governance structures and growth strategies.
As a result, the MMV Network was established and funded by the Victorian Multicultural Commission.
